Its rear panel is soiled. viii & 1593 pages plus ads printed on blue paper. Illustrated with theatre seating plans & with a folding chart of measurements of London stages. The chart is slightly misfolded & the top & front edges of the last panel are creased. Very good in a good dust wrapper.
