Macmillan. First edition and first print published by Macmillan in 1919. This scarce wrappered copy is in near fine condition. The book has some light wear to the edges and rubbing to the corners. The spine is dulled a tad. There is a previous owners name to the fep. There is no foxing or spotting at all and all pages are clean from any marks. The scarce jacket is absolutely immaculate. There are no tears, rips or chips. It is a beautiful copy. It looks like a sticker has been removed from the spine - only because there is a patch that is lighter. The wrapper is also not clipped at all. Overall near fine. Scarce with the wrapper and in this condition. "The Wild Swans at Coole" is a lyric poem by the Irish poet William Butler Yeats (1865-1939). Written between 1916 and early 1917, the poem was first published in the June 1917 issue of the Little Review, and became the title poem in the Yeats's 1917 (cuala) and 1919 (this macmillan) collections The Wild Swans at Coole. This collection does not have the play published in 1917 but does have many other poems. . Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1st Printing. 1919.
