Sobre este artículo
New York: The Modern Library, 1930. Book. Very Good. Balloon Cloth. First Modern Library Edition.. Meets all the Toledano guidelines for the true first ML Edition. Flexible red balloon cloth, map endpapers, #6 regular spine, stated first edition, 243 pages. The inside of the DJ lists the complete 190 books in the series #182 on the DJ spine, which has very minor edgewear. Red topstain still evident with just minor fading and marking. Kent's woodcuts throughout. Includes the new "second preface" by the author. There are many examples of this book with different bindings and DJs that list 225 books, which are not true firsts, this one is the genuine First Edition, first state. Originally published in 1920, this book designed by the Walpole Printing Office Printed by the Parkway Printing Company and bound for the ML by H. Wolff. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
