A collection of poems, songs, hymns, carols, etc. about rural life in old Scarborough, Ontario where the author lived his early life and also of the Haliburton Highlands where the family summered in a lakeside cottage. Large gift inscription in ink on the front free endpaper, a slight separation between the page gatherings at pages 116/117 - binding holding firmly. Dust jacket light edge wear/wrinkling - mainly at the top edge.. Signed and Inscribed by Author.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. Illus. by Robert R. Bonis, photographs..
