Illustrated with frontispiece to each volume, photographic plates and maps throughout, three folding tables. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally generally sound with minor shelf wear and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities; general light soiling to the boards and light damp marking to the boards and spine, scattered to vol. I and affecting the outer extremities of the boards of vol. II. Internally, firmly bound. With odd minor faint spotting to the fore edge, not affecting the pages that are otherwise bright and clean. Illustrated with frontispiece to each volume, photographic plates and maps throughout, three folding tables. Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
