A series of biographies of 23 of the women who appear in the Bible, written as if they were still alive. Henry Vollam Morton [ 1892 - 1979 ] journalist and pioneering travel writer. He first achieved fame in 1923 when he covered the opening of the tomb of Tutankhamun by Howard Carter.
