Rear cover badly dampstained though only slightly affecting interior, spine gilt a bit dulled, textblock uniformly toned, else Very Good and sound. Study of women's rights by the eccentric meat packing millionaire and playwright John Wesley de Kay, who concludes that "industrial toil should be performed exclusively by men and machines" (p. vii).
