In 6th century Gaul, Radegunda, is a German princess, who, as a young girl has seen her family killed & is herself raised by, & then marries her captor, Clotair, a Frankish king. By escaping from the court to found a convent at Poitiers, she hopes to found a haven for herself, & women like her. The DJ has some light wear & inner stain. The cover has light fading at the upper and lower spine, & a few small stains on the rear. There is an address label on the FEP. there's a bit of staining on the upper pageblock, but the pages are clean, crisp, & white, without any writing or marking in the text.
