Has small tears and curls to top and bottom of Spine, as well as, 1/4" tear to back fold at bottom and bleeding on inside of Dust Jacket at bottom of all but Back Flap. Book has some rubbing/bleeding to inside of Front Board at bottom, handwriting at top outer edge of Front end page, sun staining all pages and Remainder mark at bottom of pages near Spine Good+/VG condition. 8 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1", less than 1 lb.
