Sobre este artículo
Berkeley: North Point Press, 1985. Uncorrected Proof. Paperback. Very good. 263 pages. SIGNED by the author on the title page. Book's title has been written on the bottom page edges, brief notes written at head of first chapter, presumably by reviewer, some light pencil marks in margins scattered through out text. Still a very good copy with clean text and tight binding which is now protected by a custom mylar cover.
