No Jacket, as issued. Elaborate decoration and titles in bright and sharp gilt on spine. Some discoloration to green cloth, front and back. Head and heel rubbed, slight wear to corner tips, back panel mottled near lower edge. Tight and solid sewn binding. Pages toned, quite clean, no markings of any kind. This edition of Shakespeare's Works gives the most generally accepted text, without note or comment. This volume includes: The Tragedy of King Richard II; The Frist Partof King Henry IV' The Second Paetr of King Henry IV., Edited by William George Clark and William Aldis Wright. Front endpaper has former owner information. 265 pages. 7.5 x 4.5 inches. 1887, John Alden, Publisher, New York, USA
