Thackeray"s works, 1869. Full leather, top edge gilt. Five raised bands still pronounced under a C- black cloth tape repair job, with, worse, white cloth and brown packing tape on insde hinges. Despite these flaws, compltete, solidly bound. Illus. throughout. Brown and gold marbled endpapers with floral gilt edges and gilt rules. Illustrations offsetting slightly.
