Hard Cover. 192 Time-Life Library of Art Color and B&W Photographs (Numerous) Slipcase chipped along bottom edge only, spine slightly faded. Near Fine in Very Good slipcase. The text for this book was photocomposed in Bodoni Book, a typeface named for its Italian designer, Giambattista Bodoni (1740-1813). One of the earliest modern typefaces, Bodoni Book differs from more evenly weighted old-style characters in the greater contrast thick and thin parts of letters. The Bodoni character is vertical with a thin, straight serif.. missing slipcover. 4to (12 x 9.25"). (v), 192 pp .
