Harte was a prodigious producer of stories and tales especially about the Western Frontier and the Gold Rush pioneers. This copy of Frontier tales is in patient, sound condition. The cover has wear, marking and scuffing. The spine is much tanned and worn but is tight and secure. Inside, the book is charmingly illustrated with photogravures (complete).
