We drove to Lawrence Welk's Mobile home Community and drove all around the golf course and estates. We ended up at the lovely restaurant where we enjoyed date, cream nut pie, topped with a huge covering of whipped cream with pecans on top. Good food and friends with gorgeous scenery." Included with the book is a "Lawrence Welk's Country Club Village, Champagne Boulevard, Escondido, California" napkin. The book is VG+.
