Evans was a Welsh Christian minister who wrote a range of religious works and published translations of John Wesley's sermons.Written by a range of contributors includes Edward Tegla Davies and Kate Roberts.Cloth covered slipcase containing each paper issue was made by the prior owner, Anthony David Estill. Estill was a book collector who also made custom made book covers for a range of clients.Collated, complete. In the publisher's original paper wraps, in a custom made cloth slipcase.
