BAL states that both forms (blank page and pages with fly-title) were published simultaneously. The S-like ornament on page 59 is present here. The binding is tight and the boards are crisp with minor wear to the edges of spine. Gilt on covers is bright, minor wear of gilt to spine. The pages are clean with NO writing, prior owner names, marks or bookplates in the book; uniform vanilla to outer edges of pages normal with such age. . Good.
