Boston: Lee & Shepard. not specified . Hardcover. Very Good-/No Jacket. Cruikshank, George. Bound in mustard cloth with cover titles and decorations stamped in black; spine titles in gilt. Undated, but the binding indicates a publication date circa 1885. 360 pages. With four illustrations, all on plain paper. The cloth shows mild edgewear and rubbing, with a bit of soil and scratching to the rear. Tiny frays present at the head and heel. Hinges solid, binding square. Paper a bit toned but not brittle. Former owner's name in pencil to the ffe, otherwise unmarked. A clean, tight copy. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
