(The final line of the novel reads, "Beside him, his children, who were whispering" which, unless the line with "listening" appears elsewhere in the book, is presumably what he had intended to write). A novel focusing on the experiences of migrant workers in Britain. Fine in fine dust jacket with 2015 Man Booker Prize Shortlist bookmark laid in.
