Ex. library stamp on front cover. Back top corner near spine is folded and creased. PART 2: 68th Congress, 2nd Session on H. R. 8521 and H. R. 10021. January 19, 1925. Pages 57-76. Both documents are tanning along paper edges, creased along spine, staples are a bit rusty with marks near the binding. Documents in VG- condition. . Paper Cover. Very Good-. Illus. by Fold Out Map.
