Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting to front of book, pages remain attached. Pages remain bright and clear with light foxing to text block edges. Sticker residue to pastedowns. Water staining to edges of rear pastedown and spine edge of front of book. Previous owner's inscriptions to front free endpaper. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rub wear all over. Slight crushing to spine ends. Light tanning and heavy wear marks to both boards. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
