Oblong photo album, 5 3/4" h x 8 " w, black cloth, embossed "Snap Shots" front cover, string-tied, 2-4 photos mounted per page on black paper with writing in white ink under approx. 50% of images. Owner name Louise Melvin, 1926, Lebanon, Indiana inside front cover. Very Good, some chipping to page edges. Contains 152 pictures, 2 hand-colored, the rest black and white. Earliest dated photo 1922. One blank page at rear. Mostly family and friend portraits, with 13 photos of soldiers at Camp Knox, dated 1925, including portraits of Lieut. Julius Ryan and 1st Sgt. Art Cline. Some photos taken at Penn Station, several pictures of girls in bathing suits, and some of children. An altogerther charming album depicting a young girl's life in the Midwest of the Roaring Twenties. . Photograph Album. Very Good/No Jacket, As Issued. 5 3/4" x 8".
