Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Heavier tanning to text block edges. Previous owner's inscription to front free end-paper. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is darkened. Sunning to spine. Damps stains to cloth. Mild crushing to spine ends.
