Sinopsis
When a pack of neighborhood kids, "The Action Group," decide to protest the terrible condition of the local dumpy apartment "The Stratford Arms" to its' owner, he sells them the building for one dollar! Fixing the problems there is easier said than done, when your tenants include a martial arts expert with anger management problems, someone running a still in the basement, and a crazy woman. Collecting rent while trying to be carefree teenagers is a lot more difficult than it seems.
