Sobre este artículo
Soft cover. Good. Evans and Company, New York, 1964, first edition; quarto, 210 x 275mm; pp 237; numerous illustrations, typcially hand drawn by the author; thick card covers; some browning of the back cover and a lttle rubbing of the binding but nevertheless a good, firm copy of this wood frame self-build manual. Roberts has experience building houses and the value of this work comes particularly from the practical advice, derived from his own experience and mistakes, he gives as to location, humidity, sun effects, soil characteristics, wnd, shelter and the like, much of it nto ordinarily featuring in discussions with architects or builders.
