Light foxing and tanning to pages and plates. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has light tanning with soft crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped dust jacket with minor rubbing, chipping and tearing to edges. Moderate tanning and scuffing overall.

London: Werner Laurie, 1954. This book is not a technical treatise on how to ski, but offers information about how to undertake a ski holiday in The Alps. Although much of the advice is now somewhat dated, the majority is still pertinent. 96 pages. 9 pages of b/w photographs, and many illustrations by Haro through the text. Condition: The jacket is complete, but a little grubby in places, with moderate edge & corner wear, and some darkening to the spine surface. The book has some foxing to the page edges and endpapers, but is otherwise unmarked. Illustrated Boards in Jacket. Every book is sent in a rigid cardboard posting box.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair/Fair. 20 Cm x 13.5 Cm.
