Catalogue from the exhibition held at the Islamic Arts Museum in Malaysia from April to July, 1999, of carpets from the Collection of Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah, the State of Kuwait. Pictured are both exquisite carpets and beautiful Islamic decorative motifs. With an introduction and the catalogue by Walter B. Denny. Each catalague entry includes a structural analysis of the featured carpet. "Zarabi" is the word from the Quran meaning "carpet.
