Black Dog Publishing, 1999. Paperback. Good. Good condition. There are some scuffs to the edges and corners of the cover, with some light marks on the cover faces and page edges also. There are some cracks to the spine which has some very slight bulging around it but otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
