Illustrated jacket and a number of full page b/w illustrations by Hal Gye. Reprinted in the same size and style as the first edition of 1915, with the Hal Gye illustrations and jacket drawing that accompanied it, the original glossary is included too. Inscription on the first page inside, the jacket is slightly marked from handling with a half inch tear at the base of the spine. This is a reprint of the edition first published in 1957 in Australia by the same publisher.
