The pages/fore-edges are SLIGHTLY but uniformly lightly 'toned', as usual with this type of paper used, o/w a Near Fine book in a Near Fine Jacket. The dustjacket is NOT price-clipped, but has a few 'indent' lines/marks to the lower front corner from storage must have been put against something sharpish - but no tearing of the d/j and as it is on the dark part of the d/j you can't see it unless you look closely. The single 'indent' line and one mark is also seen on the front of the book itself, but only if you really look hard, o/w the book is near fine and looks unread. NO Inscriptions or Marks. It is unmarked, with clean pages free of inscriptions or marks and has been signed by the author directly on to the title page. There is some curl to both ends of the spine. The pages show the normal yellowing due to ageing and paper quality. The Dust Jacket is very good, unfaded, unclipped (£17.99) and is free of marks. There is a small 5mm repaired tear in the top edge of the jacket close to the centre of the spine and a small 3mm repaired puncture to the back face near the spine. First Edition, First Printing - Signed by the author. All our books are covered with a clear, removable, chemically inert, protective wrapper before being securely bubble wrapped and dispatched in strong corrugated cardboard boxes.
