Mary Carmel Kaczmarek, Esq. is a graduate of Fordham Law School, and she practiced law for nine years before becoming a legal marketing and business development professional. For almost a decade she worked as an in-house marketing director and in 2003 she began her consulting practice, Skillful Means Marketing LLC. Through Skillful Means, Mary provides business and professional development coaching and training services for national and regional law firms throughout the United States. Mary is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband William Soukup, and daughters Lillie and Thea.
