1981 stated 1st edition warmly inscribed by the author in 1984 on the half title page. Slight tilt to spine, a little edgewear, soil/tanning on white back dj, foxing on cover and dj (the latter only noticeable on the inside), gift inscription on ffep, bottom front corner frayed, tiny dents on a few pages, else text clean, binding tight .

Ham, son of Noah, is the narrator of this story, told with humor, reverence and irreverence, but there is a deeper meaning to be found. Bound in grey half cloth with copper titles on spine, green paper-wrapped boards, title and author blind-stamped on front; clean and unmarked, strip lightly sunned on spine head/heel; bottom edges have light wear. Tight and solid binding, square with sharp corners. Frontis: illustration of The Ark, grounded. Internals in Fine Condition.
