Book itself is actually in very good condition, however there is a large amount of yellow highlighting within the book. Pages are otherwise clean . First blank endpage has been clipped at top, I assume to remove personal info. Jacket has been lined and laminated front and back making it very sturdy. Whoever did this trimmed the jacket edge in a wavy pattern so the lining can be seen top and bottom, and then laminated over top of this.
