Arguably the high water mark of the publisher's inspired catalogue of facsimile reprints.This edition features all the railway related parts of the original 1846 publication but omits the general sections re topography, geology, local antiquities etc. The reproductions of Bourne's delightful lithographs are of very good quality. A distinctly above average copy, clean, tight and sound. Original publisher's two tone cloth binding, gilt lettered. Dust jacket also very clean and tidy, price clipped, unfaded. Original clear plastic wrapper present too, again in good state. No inscriptions. Vi + 58 pages + plates. A large and heavy book but no extra postage will be required for UK delivery.
