Weidenfeld Military, 1979-09-27. hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 9x7x1. 224pp. (Light blue spine). 1979. First edition. A very good, clean, tight copy in like jacket. Original publisher's blue books - gilt embossed to the spine. Stated publisher - Arms and Armour Press (and note Weidenfeld as the library info. suggests), but in addition to this is a 'BCA' emblem in gilt to the tail of the spine so must have been in conjunction with the book club. Nevertheless essentially identical with the Arms and Armour first edition format. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions and a number of line drawings. A 1cm bruise mark to the rear board with an associated mark to the overlying jacket. The jacket has not been price-clipped; it has some shelf wear and has a strip of fading towards and to the leading edge of the front panel. A very good copy.

In blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Small 4to. A large and heavy volume which may incur an additional charge for overseas delivery. Cloth very slightly rounded at spine ends. Small mark on front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket is a little bumped at edges, with small nick at top of rear inner flap, and slightly discoloured at edges.
