Large quarto in publisher's original black cloth with title and credits in yellow to spine and front board, photographic endpapers. 223 pages including a chapter on each of the Australasian shipping companies with detailed listings and history of their ships, index. Illustrated throughout with black & white photographic illustrations. Dustjacket is slightly creased with a few small closed tears and two large one on the flap folds with neat internal archival repairs. Now protected.
