Signed in ink on the title page and inscribed by the author to renowned Houston heart surgeon Denton Cooley, famous for being the first to implant a totally artificial heart. Number 67 in a special limited edition of 100 copies. Tight binding, sharp edges and corners of the boards, with minimal wear to the slipcase.
