Bill Ashcroft is Emeritus Professor at the University of New South Wales. Gareth Griffiths is Emeritus Professor at the University of Western Australia. He has published widely in the field of postcolonial literatures and literary theory. He has published many books and over seventy articles and chapters on literary and cultural topics with an emphasis on postcolonial writing and culture.

Helen Tiffin is Adjunct Professor at the University of Wollongong.
