The first front end page (FFEP), has a notation, "la Cicudad Y Los Perros" - Mario Vargas Llosa Peru 1966." There is a faint hint of the writing of the title on the Dust Jacket Spine in Spanish by the same hand that notated the above information on the FFEP.
