Chadwick was born in Brooklyn, New York. After the death of his father in 1976, he was raised along with his brother and sister by his single mother. During his junior year of high school, Chadwick suffered a concussion while playing tackle football that left him paralyzed, blind and schizophrenic. After almost a year of sickness, Chadwick had a supernatural encounter with God which resulted in his complete and total healing. Chadwick shares his candid and compelling story nationwide. He impacts young and old alike as he speaks with clarity, passion, purpose and humor. His captivating personality and motivational message touches people in a very profound and memorable way. Chadwick and his wife JaLana are co-founders of Living God's Purpose ministries. They have three beautiful children, Andrew, Rachel and Christina and currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
