Ruthie H. Dearing, MHSA, JD Ruthie H. Dearing has an advanced educational background in management, healthcare systems and the law. For twenty years, she was founder and president of Dearing & Associates, Inc., a healthcare consulting firm specializing in market research, program design and implementation, and promotion and advertising of women and children's healthcare programs. She has published numerous articles on marketing strategies and healthcare programming for women. In 1987, she was the primary author for Marketing Women's Healthcare, the first book published in the U.S. that focused on marketing healthcare services to women. Ruthie is a frequent motivational speaker with a wide range of topics emphasizing strategies for achieving personal and professional success.
