Acerca del autor

Mike DeSimone and Jeff Jenssen, the World Wine Guys, are the authors of Wines of the Southern Hemisphere (Sterling Epicure, 2012), winner of the Gourmand International Award for Best Wine Book. The entertaining and lifestyle editors at Wine Enthusiast magazine, they have been featured guests on The TODAY Show, The Martha Stewart Show, The Better Show, and other programs. Their work has appeared in Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Saveur, and other publications, and the duo regularly host wine tastings and educational seminars, including at the Astor Center, Sherry-Lehmann, the Culinary Institute of America, and the Georgetown Club. They have received the prestigious Golden Pen Award for food, wine, and travel journalism and have been inducted into the Chevaliers du Tastevin at the Chateau du Clos de Vougeot in Burgundy.
