MARTY MOKLER BANKS has written many books for children, including the 2010 Colorado Book Award nominee for Children's Literature, The Splatters Learn Some Manners, as well as the popular chapter book The Adventures of Tempest & Serena. A longtime member of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI), Banks lives in Colorado with her family and dogs. ALISA MOKLER HARPER is a former member of the U.S. Snowboard Team and was a two-time competitor at ESPN's X Games. She lives in Colorado with her family of humans, cats, dogs and horses.
