"Skip" Ash is a senior counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice as well as for the European Centre for Law and Justice. Skip is a graduate of West Point, the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, the Regent University School of Law, and was a Visiting Fellow at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford, in 2014. He served twenty-two years on active duty, currently heads the National Security practice at the ACLJ, and works extensively on issues involving the International Criminal Court and the United Nations. David French is a senior counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice. A graduate of Harvard Law School and a former lecturer at Cornell Law School, David is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he served as Squadron Judge Advocate for the Second Squadron, Third Armored Cavalry Regiment ("Sabre Squadron") during the "Surge" in Iraq in 2007 and 2008. He was awarded the Bronze Star in September 2008.
