Acerca del autor

Alton Brown was directing TV commercials when he got the crazy idea to go to culinary school and reinvent the food show. The result: Good Eats, which has kept Brown gainfully employed for more than 20 years and earned him a Peabody Award. Along the way he also hosted Iron Chef America, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Feasting on Asphalt. Brown's live culinary variety shows have played to sold-out theaters across the United States. He lives in Marietta, Georgia.

Some text and mostly blank book where you can enter recipes, record appliance information, ingredients, etc. Insides several vinyl pockets where you can tuck in your recipes, warranties, etc. The Sections are titled: Laboratory (some text, mostly fill in pages) Ingredients (mostly text with some fill-in pages. Includes butcher's diagrams) Cooking (has illustrations of knife work and is mostly fill-in pages) Equipment (had pan substitution and volume information and is mostly fill-in pages) There are four blank tabs for you to choose for your own important data. Several of the tabs are lightly creased. There are slight impression marks on the inside covers from the metal ring binding. The covers have light wear. The original dust jacket is missing but there is a small remnant of the jacket attached to the inside… Leer más
