B.S. Kesavan is a respected physician who lives in a rural town in West Central, Illinois, USA. He had been practicing for over 41 years in the same town, and has earned the residents' love and affection. An unexpected, major illness caused him to stop working and retire. He migrated from India to New York in the early 1970s; after completing his training in pediatrics, he settled down in West Central Illinois. Kesavan is passionate about poetry, music and writing. He would go for a run in the early morning hours, which is a daily routine in his early days of his practice, to ease the daily stress. He loves his patients, and calls them as angels of God. He is very close to his friends, family and relatives. He is a person who believes in faith, friendship and love.
