Black coloured endpapers with a small white coloured illustration of a cross present on the endpapers. The text is illustrated with black and white and colour photography taken by the author, some of which have been tipped in. Also included are some reproductions of the author's travel diary. Brown coloured leather covered boards with cameo photograph to the front panel. Black coloured embossed titles to the front panel and to the back strip.
