Smythe-sewn deluxe book features a foil-stamped, bonded-leather binding with specially printed end papers. Willie Schubert signature to special illustrated fold-out front end-paper, beneath 1 of 500 statement (the book is without number, suggesting it was the first produced), on the right-hand of the foldout are the other signatures: Mark A. Nelson ,Den Beauvais, Paul Guinan, Anina Bennett, Sam Keith.
