A lovingly produced limited edition portfolio of four 6.8" x 4.6" black and white prints of images by Don James taken at Bluff Cove, San Onofre, and State Beach in California. Each print was printed using soy based inks on 100% cotton rag 290 GSM acid-free paper and mounted on 4-ply acid free board and in a glassine sleeve. All elements in fine condition and in a very near fine cardboard box. An attractive production and still in the publisher's shrinkwrap.

It reproduces a series of shots of Bluff Cove surf riders taken by James over the summer of 1937 from a Brownie camera set up in the sand to the rather narrow focal point of the breaking waves.
