Acerca del autor

Roberto Perotti is professor of economics at Columbia University, New York. A CEPR fellow, he has a PhD from MIT and has been a research consultant to the International Monetary Fund and the Inter-American Development Bank. Rolf Strauch is an economist at ZEI in Bonn. He has earned a degree in political science from Rutgers University, New Jersey, and in public administration from Konstanz University, Germany. J?rgen von Hagen is vice rector of Bonn University, where he is director of the Institute for International Economics.
